Alisha Saxena, M.A.
Alisha is an m²Health student researcher working in collaboration with Limbix to examine virtual reality technology for exposure therapy in social anxiety, with a particular emphasis on small talk. Currently, Alisha is a doctoral student at the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium. She previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2013 and a Master’s degree in Psychology in Education at Teachers College, Columbia University in May 2015. Her current research and clinical interests lie in leveraging interdisciplinary approaches to optimize clinical impact, increasing access to care for marginalized communities, and supplementing therapeutic practice with accessible and efficient assessment tools.
